I joined Salter soon after graduating from UC Davis, drawn by the opportunity to apply my technical knowledge to something I’ve long been passionate about: sound. I enjoy working alongside my more experienced colleagues on projects that continually challenge me to grow as a consultant and deepen my expertise within our industry. One of the most rewarding parts of the job is that no two days are the same; each project brings new opportunities to learn and develop new skills. I’m motivated by the constant opportunity to deepen my technical knowledge while contributing to meaningful and engaging work.

Sound, Curiosity, and Application

As a musician, learning to design sounds with synthesizers and process audio signals in digital audio workstations sparked a deep curiosity that led me beyond the art itself to the underlying physics shaping what I was hearing. That curiosity continues to drive me as a consultant. I enjoy translating the physics of sound into practical recommendations that help clients make informed design decisions.
