Kaiser Antioch Central Utility Plant
The Kaiser Antioch Central Utility Plant is part of a 637,000 square foot state-of-the-art medical complex. Salter helped the project meet the conditions of approval by reducing noise from the cooling towers, an EEG, boilers, chillers, and pumps that were situated next to residences. Mitigation for equipment noise included acoustical louvers, in-duct sound attenuators, screenwalls, and duct-liner board. Our consultants also reviewed multiple equipment options to recommend the appropriate selections based on client needs.
