Tom Schindler became a valued member of the Salter team in 1984, making the first of many significant contributions in acoustics while working on the Skywalker Ranch project. Tom was integral to the early days of our Low-Voltage Technology team. He specialized in performance spaces, civic facilities, and media and post-production facilities. His notable projects include The Walt Disney Concert Hall, the Skywalker Technical Building and Expansion, and The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park, where his expertise in acoustics, technology, and leadership truly shone.

Beyond his impressive work, Tom brought a fantastic sense of humor to our office. His easy smile and clever puns created an uplifting atmosphere that we aspire maintain. We extend our thanks for his dedication, mentorship, and the joy he brought to our team. Enjoy your retirement, Tom!
