Founded in 1973, New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA) is a pre-professional arts training center for Louisiana high school students. NOCCA renovated a historic industrial building in the Bywater District and hired Salter for acoustical design consulting on sound insulation, room acoustics, and HVAC noise and vibration reduction. The facility includes classrooms, an art gallery, a cafe, a large event space, and tenant expansion space.
